L'élaboration d'un modèle numérique bidimensionnel permet de simuler le développement rapide d'un talik occasionné par une mare de thermokarst adjacente à une butte cryogène. En raison de l'importante modification de la macrostructure d'un sol fin riche en glace au moment de la fusion, l'infiltration d'eau est susceptible de devenir une variable thermiquement importante. L'application d'un terme source qui évalue différentes valeurs de conductivité hydraulique du pergélisol en fusion au contact d'une mare permet d'estimer dans quelle mesure ce processus encore peu observé ou testé en laboratoire pourrait contribuer à la fonte accélérée du pergélisol. This study focuses on the involvement of hydrological processes in the thermal regime and the degradation of permafrost. Water stored in thermokarst lakes is an important source of heat that accelerates the degradation of permafrost. Cryogenic butts still present in the environment may prevent the drainage network from developing normally. The development of a two-dimensional digital model simulates the rapid development of a talik caused by a thermokarst mare adjacent to a cryogenic butt. Due to the significant change in the macrostructure of fine ice rich soil at the time of melting, water infiltration is likely to become a thermally important variable. The application of a source term that assesses different hydraulic conductivity values of the melting permafrost in contact with a mare makes it possible to estimate the extent to which this process, which is still infrequent or laboratory tested, could contribute to the accelerated melting of permafrost.
