L’ouvrage se présente comme une contribution à l’étude des circulations de savoirs en sciences sociales. Il revendique une approche originale prenant en compte les échanges Sud-Nord et Sud-Sud, jusqu’alors relativement peu étudiés au profit des dynamiques internes au monde nord-atlantique. Ses treize contributions sont regroupées en quatre parties, portant respectivement sur la conceptualisation des processus de circulation (partie 1), l’étude de réseaux de sciences sociales au Sud (partie 2). the book presents itself as a contribution to the study of knowledge circulations in social sciences. He calls for an original approach that takes account of South-North and South-South trade, which has hitherto been relatively little studied in favour of internal dynamics in the North Atlantic world. Its thirteen contributions are grouped into four parts, dealing respectively with the conceptualisation of traffic processes (part 1), the study of social science networks in the south (part 2).
