He finds for this alopecia, like J.-M. Gauthier for the atopy, a problem in the rhythm’s synchronization between mother and child. During this psychotherapy, the use of children awakened dream creates a livelier relationship with the therapist, and this is real important when dealing with depressive patterns. In the end, the little girl could consolidate her identity. This transformation positively affected the alopecia. Utilisant le modèle de Sami-Ali dans le domaine de la maladie psychosomatique, l’auteur expose quelques séances de la psychothérapie d’une fillette atteinte d’une pelade pour montrer l’importance dans cette maladie autoimmune de la perte d’une première identification au visage maternel par suite d’un deuil de cette dernière. Il retrouve également le problème de synchronisation des rythmes mère-enfant qu’avait soulevé J.M. Gauthier à propos des atopies. Dans cette psychothérapie, l’utilisation d’une approche inspirée du rêve-éveillé-enfant installe une relation plus vivante avec le thérapeute, fort utile lorsque l’on doit traiter des troubles à forte composante dépressive. La fillette a ainsi pu se différencier de sa mère et renforcer son sentiment d’identité. Il semble que la transformation de son fonctionnement psychique ait eu un impact sur l’alopécie qui a subi une rémission.
