I. — CATEGORIE A Dans cette série, on a deux sortes de blocs : ceux qui font corps avec la demi-colonne et qui possèdent un départ de voussoirs, et ceux qui constituent l’arc, c’est-à-dire les claveaux. 1° Blocs amorçant deux arcs (4) On possède 4 éléments de forme hexagonale comprenant le lit inférieur plan, le lit supérieur à 3 pans : celui de la partie centrale est horizontal et il est prolongé de chaque côté par un pan incliné suivant le rayon des voussures. Les deux tranches sont en biai. I. — CATEGORIE A In this series there are two kinds of blocks: those that form part of the half-column and have a start of covers, and those that make up the arc, i.e. the claveats. 1° blocks starting two arcs (4) There are 4 hexagonal elements comprising the lower flat bed, the bed greater than 3 pans: that of the central part is horizontal and it is extended on each side by a pan inclined according to the radius of the handle.
