Summary: | In order to find criteria for distinguishing anthropogenic from non-anthropogenic bird assemblages, a taphonomic analysis of modern Pigeon long bones collected in pellets of the Eagle Owl as well as a study of Peregrine Falcon uneaten food remains has been conducted. Differences between pellets and uneaten remains were noted in the skeletal part representation, fragmentation, digestion traces and beak impacts. |
