Summary: | Radar systems suitable for stand-off mapping of building structures and through-wall surveillance allow covert reconnaissance of buildings and surveillance of people inside in support of e.g. police raids or search and rescue operations. In this paper the operational concept will be outlined for a multifunction radar system capable of stand-off building imaging and mapping, through-wall tracking of moving people, and blueforce tracking. These capabilities are illustrated with the aid of representative measurements. |
