| Summary: | Tässä opinnäytetyössä tavoitteena oli luoda ja kasata prosessiputkistoalan yrityksen projektinhallinnan käytännöt koko elinkaarensa ajalta yhteen projektikäsikirjaan. Lähtökohta työlle muuttui työn alussa, sillä alkuperäinen yritys KalSe Piping Oy, johon työtä alun perin oltiin aloittamassa, fuusioitui osaksi isompaa yritystä, Viafin Process Piping Oy:tä. Katsontakulmaksi otettiin nyt koko yrityksen projektikäytänteiden kehittäminen. Työn toteuttaminen tehtiin yhteistyössä yrityksen toimitusjohtajan ja Keminmaan sekä Jämsän aluepäällikön kanssa. Työssä käytettiin apuna alan kirjallisuutta, yrityksen laadunhallintajärjestelmän laatukäsikirjaa, menetelmäohjeita ja työhjeita sekä työn tekijän omaa käytännön kokemusta projektin hoidosta. Työ ajoitettiin noin puolen vuoden aikajaksolle, jolloin myös työkaluja päästiin kokeilemaan työn aikana. Työn aikana pidettiin useita seurantapalavereita, jotka osoittautuivat tärkeiksi yhteistyön kannalta ja auttoivat hahmottamaan lopputuloksen. Tärkein yksittäinen lopputulos työssä on liitteenä oleva projektikäsikirja, joka on suunnattu prosessiputkistoalan tarpeisiin. Käsikirjassa käydään laajasti läpi jokaisen projektin vaiheen prosessit ja annetaan tarvittavat työkalut niiden hoitamiseen. Käsikirjassa kerrotaan myös henkilöstön tehtävät sekä tyypillisen projektiorganisaation rakenne. Projektikäsikirja on osa yrityksen laadunhallintajärjestelmää. Laadunhallintajärjestelmästä ja työn sijoittumisesta siihen kerrottiin opinnäytetyön alkupäässä. Itse opinnäytetyön suurin ja tärkein sisältö ovat sen liitteet. This final project was aimed at creating and gathering project management practices of a company in the field of process piping industry. All the practices were gathered to one project handbook. The basis of this final project changed at the beginning when the original company Kalse Piping Oy was merged into a larger company Viafin Process Piping Oy. The viewing angle was now developing project management practices for the whole company. The most important result is a project handbook with its appendices. It is very orientated to the needs of this field. The handbook examines every phase of a project and its processes widely. It also provides necessary tools to carry out each phase. The project staff and their typical tasks are also examined in the handbook. The Project handbook is part of the company’s quality management system. Quality management systems and placing of this work in the system are described at the beginning. The implementation of the final project was carried out together with the company’s managing director and the area managers of Keminmaa and Jämsä. The most important sources were the literature of the field, the quality handbook of the company’s quality management system, process instructions, work instructions, and the author’s own practical experience of project management. The final project was scheduled for about a half-year period, which allowed to try out the tools during the project. Several follow-up meetings were held during the work, which proved to be important in terms of cooperation and helped to perceive the result. The tools for managing the project from start to finish are the end result is of this final project. The appendices are the most important contents of this final project.
