Saimme idean lähteä toteuttamaan elokuvan suunnittelua ja toteutus yhdessä Etelä-Savon ammattioppi-laitos Esedun kanssa. Elokuva-projektiimme osallistui Sami Siiskonen Esedulta. Hän teki päättötyönsä omalle koululleen samasta aiheesta. Projektimme oli pitkäkestoinen. Aloitimme ideoimaan projektiamme syksyllä 2008, mutta vasta keväällä 2009 projektimme alkoi edetä käsikirjoitus vaiheeseen ja siitä sitten palapalalta elokuva alkoi syntyä. Opinnäytetyömme tutkimusongelmana oli, kuinka lyhytelokuvaa kuvataan ja kuinka se editoidaan. Teo-riassa käymme lävitse elokuvan syntyvaiheita, kuinka elokuvaa tulee kuvata oikeaoppisesti ja editoinnissa kuvan liitokset ja siirtymät ja editoinnin virheet. Opinnäytetyön tuloksena syntyi Mökille-elokuva, jossa näyttelijänä oli Sami Siiskonen, kuvaajana Harri Rundberg ja editoijana Henri Ehrnrooth The subject of our bachelor’s thesis was to create and study the process of making a short movie. We only had three people to compile this project. We started to produce and implement the short movie in the fall of 2008 as a project of three students with South Savo Vocational college Esedu. Mr Sami Siiskonen who came from Esedu participated in our short movie project. He made his own final year project with us. Our project was long-term. We started our project in spring 2009. First, we drew up the manuscript and then compiled the movie started to build up. Sami Siiskonen was responsible for music and for starring in lead role. Harri Rundberg was in charge of filming and was responsible for props. Henri Ehrnrooth edited the whole movie when the shootings were finished. He also edited the sound. The theory part of the study dealt with the process of film production how the film should be filmed and edited proper by. We also studied the transitions and connections of separate pictures that had typical mistakes in editing. As a result of our study we managed to create a six-minute-long short movie called Mökille.
