Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kehittää Meri-Lapin alueen ulkoistettuja taloushallintopalveluita. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, millaisia tilitoimistopalveluita alueen mikroyritykset asiakkaina tarvitsevat, millaisina tilitoimistopalvelut on koettu, millaisia palveluita tulevaisuudessa tilitoimistoilta halutaan saada ja mitkä tekijät tekevät tilitoimistopalvelusta hyvän. Tutkimusta voidaan hyödyntää tilitoimistojen palveluiden kehittämisen suunnittelussa. Opinnäytetyön alussa käsiteltiin ensin, mitä ovat ulkoistetut taloushallintopalvelut ja ohjelmat palveluissa. Seuraavaksi käsiteltiin, mikä on taloushallinnon palvelukello ja alan kehityksen suunta asiantuntijoiden ennustamana. Lisäksi tehtiin yleiskatsaus, millaisia ovat tilitoimistojen asiakasmarkkinat ja palvelut Meri-Lapin alueella ja selvitettiin, miten palveluiden laatua voidaan mitata. Tutkimuksen menetelmä oli kvalitatiivinen ja aineiston keruumenetelmänä teemahaastattelu. Haastatteluilla pyrittiin saamaan tietoa Meri-Lapin yrittäjiltä erilaisista kokemuksista tilitoimistopalveluista. Tutkimustulokset saatiin kuudelta yritykseltä haastattelulomakkeella. Tuloksista selvisi, että tilitoimistojen asiakkailla ei ole tietoa, millaisia tilitoimistopalveluita on saatavissa. He haluavat seurata yrityksiensä taloutta useammin ja saada asiantuntijaneuvoja sekä sähköisiä palveluita. Meri-Lapin alueen ulkoistettujen taloushallintopalveluiden kehittämisehdotuksena on tarjota asiakkaille tietoa erilaisista palveluista ja taloushallinnon ohjelmista. The specific objectives of the Thesis was to develop outsourced financial management services in the Sea Lapland region. The objective of this study was to examine the kinds of the accounting company services customers in the area need, how accounting company services have been perceived, what kinds of services they require from accounting companies in the future and the important factors that make accounting company services good. The results of the study could be used in planning of the development of accounting company services. The study begins with a theoretical section that examines what outsourced financial management services are and the programs in the services. Secondly this study investigates what is the accounting service clock and the direction of the development of the sector, as predicted by experts. Then, an overview on what are accounting companies’ customers market and services in the Sea Lapland region and how the quality of the services could be measured. The Thesis is based on a qualitative research approach and the method used was a theme interview. The purpose of the interviews was information from the entrepreneurs in Sea Lapland about their own different experiences of accounting company services. The results of the study were obtained from six companies using the interview form. The results revealed that the clients of accounting company do not know the kinds of accounting services available. They want to supervise their companies´ finances more often and get expert advice as well as electronic services. The development proposal for outsourced financial management services in the Sea Lapland region is to provide customers with information on various services and financial management programmes.
