This study examines the most probable ways in which the Inuit, Iroquois, and Inca societies might have developed without European influence. By applying anthropological political evolutionary theory to the three case studies, probable likelihoods are considered and analyzed. The Inuit were a stable society that would have continued as they were without the introduction of a European-level influencer. The Iroquois were unstable and would have become more hierarchical if they continued to grow. The Inca were unstable and would have fractured into smaller parts. Societies continue as they are until pressured to change, whether internally or externally.
