| Summary: | The article discusses the possibilities of improving the strategic management of sustainable development of coal mining enterprises in Republic of Sakha, Yakutia. Based on the analysis of the activities of coal mining enterprises, the main positive and negative factors affecting the development of mining enterprises in Eastern Siberia are identified.The main problem considered in the proposed study is the insufficiently perfect state of the process of strategic management of industrial enterprises. The mechanism for developing and making strategic decisions in the field of coal mining and processing requires a certain adjustment, taking into account the fundamental economic, social, and environmental aspects of the concept of sustainability accepted by the scientific community.The main goal of the article is to develop and verify recommendations aimed at improving the strategic management mechanism for sustainable development of coal mining enterprises, which provides for the integration and close interaction of the key components of the management system - economic, social, environmental, and legal.Based on the analysis of theoretical studies, foreign and Russian practices of strategic management of industrial enterprises, the methodological base of the presented study is substantiated. The work is based on the synthesis of systemic, integrated, cultural approaches, theory and practice of crisis management, strategic management and evaluation of economic activity. The algorithm and an improved model for the development of managerial decisions of coal mining enterprises are presented. This model is based on the integration of strategic decision-making mechanisms and a comprehensive evaluation of the environmental, economic and socio-economic status of a coal mining and processing enterprise. Tools and recommendations for ensuring a balanced assessment of business projects are proposed. The improved mechanism provides for the synergy of key elements of the strategic management system of the coal mining enterprise, improving the quality of managerial decisions aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the industrial enterprise. В статье рассмотрены возможности совершенствования стратегического управления устойчивым развитием угледобывающих компаний Саха-Якутии. На основе анализа деятельности предприятий угледобывающей отрасли выявлены основные положительные и отрицательные факторы, влияющие на развитие горнорудных компаний Восточной Сибири.Главная проблема, рассмотренная в предложенном исследовании, заключается в недостаточно совершенном состоянии процесса стратегического управления промышленным предприятием. Механизм разработки и принятия стратегических решений в сфере добычи и переработки угля требует определенной корректировки с учетом принятых научным сообществом основополагающих аспектов концепции устойчивости – экономического, социального, экологического.Основная цель статьи заключается в разработке и проверке рекомендаций, направленных на совершенствование механизма стратегического управления устойчивым развитием угледобывающего предприятия, который предусматривает интеграцию и тесное взаимодействие ключевых компонентов системы менеджмента – экономического, социального, экологического, правового. На основе анализа теоретических исследований, зарубежной и российской практики стратегического управления промышленными предприятиями обоснована методологическая база представленного исследования. Работа базируется на синтезе системного, комплексного, культурологического подходов, теории и практика антикризисного менеджмента, стратегического управления и оценки хозяйственной деятельности. Представлены алгоритм и усовершенствованная модель разработки управленческих решений угледобывающего предприятия. Данная модель основана на интеграции механизмов разработки стратегических решений и комплексной оценки эколого-экономического и социально-экономического состояния компании по добыче и переработке угля. Предложены инструменты, рекомендации по обеспечению сбалансированной оценки бизнес-проектов. Усовершенствованный механизм предусматривает синергию ключевых элементов системы стратегического управления угледобывающей компании, повышение качества управленческих решений, направленных на обеспечение устойчивого развития промышленного предприятия.
