The song is one of the modern literary works that are in great demand today. However, the song is not only used as an entertaining literary work but also as a medium to spread the values of goodness, such as a song that guides in teaching goodness in religion. Sami Yusuf is a poet who succeeded in raising his songs as a medium in spreading Islamic values, one of the albums that became the object of this research was the album Wherever You Are which was released in 2010. These Islamic values include repent, equality and social equity. , loyalty, godness, justice, humility, and patience. Researchers see this Islamic value not only in the view of Islam but also in a literary perspective in understanding the values contained in a religion. So in this study, Ibn Rushd's theory was used to see Islamic values in a literary perspective with Darajat theory which classified the forms of Islamic values. In addition to Islamic values, there are literary devices used in clarifying literary values in this study. The literary device is found in the lyrics of the song on the album Wherever You Are. This research is a descriptive narrative research that takes Islamic values and literary devices as research topics. This study specifically provides explanations in the form of arguments and descriptions of Islamic values in the song Sami Yusuf. After finding and successfully collecting 79 data from the analysis of Islamic values and 13 data from the analysis of literary devices, the researcher concluded that most of the lyrics in the Wherever You Are album contain Islamic teachings according to the Koran. Therefore, in proving it, the researcher collected data taken from the lyrics of the song in the Wherever You Are album as the main data which was then analyzed according to the theory in this study.
