Youth policy in the Republic of Karelia at the present stage

В данном исследовании рассмотрено положение государственной молодёжной политики в системе современной публичной политики РФ. Цель работы заключается в выявлении основных проблем государственной молодёжной политики в Республике Карелия и разработке методов их преодоления. В рамках достижения поставленной цели были проведены социологические опросы среди молодёжи Карелии и экспертного сообщества, они позволили выявить наиболее актуальные и животрепещущие проблемы в реализации государственной молодёжной политики в Республике Карелия, а также на их основе разработать рекомендации по их преодолению и тем самым усовершенствовать данную политику в регионе и РФ в целом. Особое внимание уделяет рассмотрению вопроса публичности государственной молодёжной политики Карелии, так в рамках данного вопроса был проведён количественный контент-анализ социальных сетей основных акторов государственной молодёжной политики. This study examines the position of the state youth policy in the system of modern public policy of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the work is to identify the main problems of the state youth policy in the Republic of Karelia and develop methods to overcome them. In order to achieve this goal, sociological surveys were conducted among the youth of Karelia and the expert community, they allowed to identify the most urgent and burning problems in the implementation of state youth policy in the Republic of Karelia, as well as on their basis to develop recommendations for overcoming them and thereby improve this policy in the region and the Russian Federation as a whole. Special attention is paid to the consideration of the issue of publicity of the state youth policy of Karelia, so within the framework of this issue, a quantitative content analysis of social networks of the main actors of the state youth policy was carried out.
