NATO humanitarian interventions: Theoretical basis and practical implementation

Данное исследование посвящено гуманитарным интервенциям НАТО, анализу их теоретических оснований и особенностям практического воплощения. Объектом исследования являются гуманитарные интервенции НАТО, предмет исследования обусловлен теоретической основой и практическим воплощением гуманитарных интервенций НАТО. Изучение данного вопроса является особенно актуальным, поскольку НАТО на протяжении многих десятилетий представляет собой одну из самых авторитетных сил на международной арене, а роль НАТО и, в частности, гуманитарных интервенций США в современных внешнеполитических процессах крайне велика. Актуальность их исследования обусловлена также процессом глобализации, проблемой национальной и глобальной безопасности, стремлением США к тому, чтобы наращивать свое влияние на мировой арене. Главная цель данного исследования, соответсвенно, заключается в определении характера гуманитарных интервенций НАТО, их теоретических основ и особенностей практического воплощения. В представленной выпускной квалификационной работе рассматривались вопросы концепций гуманитарных интервенций НАТО, сформировавшихся к современному периоду, были выявлены источники формирования идеологии НАТО, также подробно были исследованы особенности гуманитарных интервенций в современном понимании. В частности, была рассмотрена эволюция Стратегических геополитических секретных и несекретных концепций альянса, анализированы отдельные статьи Североатлантического договора о создании военно-политического блока, в качестве источниковой основы исследования были также использованы доктринальные положения НАТО, составляющие теоретическую основу их гуманитарного вмешательства. В итоге были выявлены особенности практического воплощения гуманитарных интервенций НАТО, связаны стратегии проведения их гуманитарных интервенций с реализацией общей стратегии НАТО, а также внешней политика Соединенных Штатов Америки. This study focuses on the humanitarian interventions of NATO, analyzing their theoretical bases and peculiarities of practical implementation. The object of research is the humanitarian intervention of NATO, the subject of study due to the theoretical basis and practical realization of the NATO humanitarian intervention. The study of this issue is particularly relevant because NATO has been one of the most influential forces in the world for many decades. The role of NATO and, in particular, the US humanitarian intervention is extremely high in today's foreign policy processes. The relevance of research is also due to the process of globalization, the problem of national and global security, the US desire to increase their influence on the world stage. The main purpose of this study, respectively, is to determine the nature of NATO's humanitarian interventions, their theoretical foundations and practical implementation features. In the present final qualifying work addresses to issues of concepts of NATO humanitarian intervention, which already formed to the modern period, were identified sources of the NATO ideology, especially humanitarian intervention in the modern sense was investigated in details. In particular, there was considered the evolution of the strategic geopolitical secret and non-secret alliance concepts, were analyzed the individual articles of the North Atlantic Treaty of the establishment of a military-political bloc. As a source base study were also used NATO's doctrinal positions, constituting the theoretical basis of humanitarian interventions. As a result, there were founded out peculiarities of practical embodiment of the NATO humanitarian interventions, strategy of its humanitarian interventions was associated with the implementation of the overall strategy of NATO and foreign policy of the United States.
