This dataset gather all the data collected during the acoustic maze study performed on River lamprey (Lampetra fluviatilis) and Silver and Yellow stages European eel (Anguilla anguilla). It supports the paper 'The response of anguilliform fish to underwater sound under an experimental setting' in River Research and Application. The first dataset (Passage) contains the proportions data used to analyse the passage ratio of the fish between ensonified and control corridors. The second dataset (Rejection) contains the number of individuals that performed a rejection of a speaker. The third dataset (Model) contains all the data that were used to build the Mixed Effect Model and analyse the variability of the swimming speed/passage time.
