International audience Projected climate change could mean fundamentally different types of infrastructure, according to the territorial level, we consider these changes as risks or opportunities. Examples from various countries (Iceland, Maldives, Netherlands, China.) illustrate the need for infrastructure to populations subject to climate change. Les changements climatiques projetés peuvent signifier des types d'infrastructures fondamentalement différentes, selon qu’à l’échelle des territoires, on les considère ces changements comme des risques ou des opportunités. Des exemples pris dans divers pays (Islande, Maldives, Pays-Bas, Chine…) permettent d’illustrer les besoins en infras-tructures pour les populations soumises aux changements climatiques.
