Carbon assimilation and WUE
Data collected from each phytometer using a PP-Systems CIRAS-3 IRGA. One whole, entire leaf growing in full sunlight was used to measure a photosynthesis-irradiance curve (1500 to 0 PAR) and measure carbon assimilation and photosynthetic water use efficiency.
