Can we apply Tocci´s theory on normative foreign policy actors to the EU and Russia? What factors do influence the adoption and validity of EU and Russian policies and norms in this region? This research project tries to reply to all these questions casting a light over an area of great importance and currently situated at the crossroads of historic developments. |
