Lýsir hvernig hagsmunaaðilar skynja verkefnastjórnun eða þá sem fjármagna verkefni, leggja til aðföng, stýra verkefni og vinna verkefni. Ritgerðin skoðar hvernig Agile verkefnastjórnun hefur - breytt menningu upplýsingtæknisviðs bankans gagnvart verkefnastjórnun í hugbúðanarþróun og hvaða áhrif það hefur haft á hefðbundna verkefnastjórnun. |
