We work in partnerships to create better conditions for good environmental governance and strengthen the capacity of organisations and institutions. We cooperate bilaterally with environmental agencies in some ten countries, multilaterally in the Nordic countries and the Arctic and Barents regions, and with UN bodies such as UN Environment, UNDP and UNECE.
