Description
Summary:The melting of the Arctic sea ice caused by global warming made great chances such as drilling rich natural resources, using Northern Sea Route and so on, and not only Arctic regional countries, but also other countries have been trying to get the good positions in the Arctic region. However, there are regional relations differed from international relations, and the Barents cooperation seems to have great potential to think about the Arctic cooperation including SAR.
