This article examines the different forms taken by clusters in the maritime industry and compares six examples?: two Canadian (the Qu?bec maritime cluster and St. John?s, Newfoundland), and four European (Copenhagen (Denmark), Turku (Finland), Brest (France) and Tromso (Norway).
