It is shown that in case when resource Arctic corporation transfer the noncore business processes for industrial outsource it will increase the feasibility of innovative technologies. The features of the functioning of the market of industrial outsourcing in the Arctic, including the mechanism of withdrawal of non-core assets are described The international experience of industrial service companies is considered. It is shown that the market for services in the Arctic resource corporations is associated primarily with the modernization of production, application of the newest materials and innovative technologies, acceleration of scientific and technical progress. At the same time the mining industry of the Arctic can serve as a catalyst for the development of service companies. Presented are the advantages and risks of the non-core business transfer to an industrial outsourcing compared with the case when this work is performed by corporations. The list of non-core activities of corporations and an example when major resource corporations – OJSC MMC “Norilsk Nickel†and JSC “Apatit†effectively transfer the non-core business processes to an industrial outsourcing is presented. Proposals to harmonize state and corporate outsourcing of industrial innovation policy in the Arctic are made. The necessity is noted to further perform theoretical and methodological study of the transfer of corporate business process to outsourcing industry.
