Despite the different national interests that have certain specifics in Russia and foreign countries, the main vector of development of Russian and foreign cooperation in the Arctic region is the need to implement the national economic interests of each country. An example is the relationship between Russian and Chinese companies dedicated to cooperation in the field of strategic approach to the development of Arctic resources.
