In 62 walruses caught in the northwestern Chukchi Sea hemoglobin value (Hb), number of erythrocytes (RCB), diameter of erythrocytes (RBC diam.), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), number of leukocytes (WBC) and sedimentation rate of blood cells (SR) were studied.
