Principle component analysis (PCA) for black rats ( Rattus rattus , n = 249) collected throughout Haida Gwaii, BC.

Eigenvectors were inferred using ddRAD samples (filled circles; n = 214), with GT-seq samples (hollow circles; n = 35) posteriorly projected onto inferred eigenvectors. All analyses were performed using the same 429 loci, and implemented using EIGENSOFT v7.2.1 [ 49 – 51 ].
