Through his empirical experiences, Hellinger found that the most varied problems faced by individuals are shared by the familiar unconscious and transmitted to the following generations. To understand the notion of Field in the practice of the Family Systemic Constellation carried out in the Judiciary and, to verify whether there would be a correlation with the concept of spirituality as proposed by Hanegraaff, from a perspective of the Sciences of Religions, semi-structured interviews were conducted with lawyers, magistrates, prosecutors and civil servants of the Judiciary – all constellators. The Iramuteq software analyzed the data from the interviews. For constellators, it occurs during the dynamics of the Family Constellation a spiritual transformation (or emotional experience more profound than that conventional), and the statistics verified that spirituality is recognized by them independently, differentiated, but influential throughout the dynamics of the Family Constellation; this corroborated the sustained correlation between what happens in the establishment of the Field and the admission of the influence of spirituality in this dynamic.
