Over five years, an agreement was reached to allow the trust to open 1,000 miles of river to migratory fish, provided it raised $25 million to remove three dams. Members of the Penobscot Nation hope to once again be able to exercise their sustenance fishing rights. With details on PPL's gains under the agreement.
