Summary:The beginning of the third millennium is characterized by the transition of society to a new stage of development. This stage is often called post-industrial, information, postcapitalist, has a number of features which has found its reflection in the works of many prominent researchers of socio-economic transformation of our time. As its main features as a rule, the globalization, the economic independence of offending states, a change in the information technology environment, which led to the social changes, changes in the production process, as well as their consequence, organizational transformation. Начало третьего тысячелетия характеризуется переходом общества на новый этап развития. Этот этап, часто называемый постиндустриальным, информационным, посткапиталистическим, обладает рядом особенностей, нашедшим своё отражение в трудах многих выдающихся исследователей социально-экономических трансформаций современности. В качестве его основных черт, как правило, выступают глобализация, нарушившая экономическую независимость государств, изменения в информационно-технологической среде, повлекшие за собой социальные изменения, изменения в процессе производства, а так же, как их следствие, организационные трансформации.
