In the article the algorithm of formation of the system of environmental-economic criteria for evaluating the performance of oil and gas companies in high-risk conditions.Purpose – the formation of optalloy patterns of ecological and economic criteria to ensure effective operation of the enterprise. The theoretical and methodical approaches to assessment of effectiveness. Taken into account the peculiarities of functioning of oil and gas companies in the North. The main types of multicriteria problems in the evaluation of oil and gas companies and major groups of indicators of effect and effectiveness. Analyzed the factors of investment attractiveness and increase in the cost of capital. The proposed approach of formation of system of economic and environmental criteria for evaluating the performance of oil and gas enterprises in the conditions of instability and risk to evaluate the effectiveness of its functioning and justify the strategy for the development of specific high-risk work in the Northern latitudes. Elements of novelty presents a methodological approach have the following analytical tools: typing multicriteria problems in the evaluation of oil and gas company; the system of the main groups of indicators of effect and effectiveness of the oil company; a systematic grouping of the factors of investment attractiveness and increase in the cost of capital; the algorithm of formation of the system of environmental economic and social criteria of efficiency of activity of oil and gas companies etc. В статье рассмотрен алгоритм формирования системы эколого-экономических критериев оценки эффективности деятельности нефтегазовой компании в условиях повышенного риска.Цель работы – формирование оптимальной структуры эколого-экономических критериев, обеспечивающих эффективную работу предприятия. Проанализированы теоретические и методические подходы к оценке эффективности. Учтены особенности функционирования нефтегазовых компаний в северных условиях. Представлены основные типы многокритериальных задач при оценке деятельности нефтегазовой компании и основные группы показателей эффекта и эффективности ее деятельности. Проанализированы факторы инвестиционной привлекательности и роста стоимости капитала. Предложенный подход формирования системы экономических и экологических критериев оценки эффективности деятельности нефтегазового предприятия в условиях нестабильности и повышенного риска позволяет оценить эффективность ее функционирования и обосновать стратегию развития с учетом специфики высокого риска работы в северных широтах. Элементами новизны представленного методического подхода обладают следующие аналитические инструменты: типизация многокритериальных задач при оценке деятельности нефтегазовой компании; система основных группы показателей эффекта и эффективности деятельности нефтяной компании; системная группировка факторов инвестиционной привлекательности и роста стоимости капитала; алгоритм формирования системы эколого-экономических и социальных критериев эффективности деятельности нефтегазовой компании и др.
