Summary:We studied the parameters of variation cardiointervalometry of athletes and skiers, natives of the European North. It is established that after the training load for reducing the adaptation capacity of more pronounced among skiers than the athletes. During the training process skiers feel less tension of regulatory systems. Изучены показатели вариационной кардиоинтервалометрии у легкоатлетов и лыжников, являющихся уроженцами Архангельской области. Установлено, что после тренировочной нагрузки снижение адаптационного потенциала более выражено у лыжников, чем у легкоатлетов. В ходе тренировочного процесса лыжники испытывают меньшее напряжение регуляторных систем.
