The water stable isotopic composition of the samples is measured at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Italy, with PICARRO laser spectrometers. The data is reported with delta-notation (in ‰) with respect to the Vienna Standard Mean Ocean Water (VSMOW). In addition, the data set provides the weight of each precipitation sample collected, converted to SWE (mm w.e.).
