For Site DSDP 516, we also measured lipid biomarkers and report TEX86-derived sea surface temperatures, GDGT-related indices, and concentrations. The age models for Sites DSDP 516 and MSM58-50 are reported. Finally, the dataset includes the model outputs for changing continental shelf area over the last 200,000 years as well as the input ice sheet reconstruction, topography (ETOPO1), sea-level history, latitude/longitude coordinates, Jupyter notebook, and Conda environment used to estimate this area.
