The dataset contains the concentration of key metabolites linked to the aerobic and anaerobic metabolism, expressed as ng metabolite per mg wet weight. Metabolite extraction, identification and quantification was carried out on shrimp muscle tissue by Les laboratoires Iso-BioKem Inc. in February/March 2021.
