Using density profiles of the three cores obtained by the AWI ice core µCT, and the dating of the main core, we calculated the ratio of the snow water equivalent of the melt contained within an annual layer and the snow water equivalent of the respective total annual layer. The result is the annual melt ratio, our dataset reaches back 10,000 years.
