These consist of conductivity, temperature, and depth (CTD) package profiles, Niskin bottle water sample data (suspended particulate matter (SPM) and nutrients), and benthic lander timeseries data for various oceanographic parameters. Datasets relating to analysis of a remotely operated vehicle (ROV Aegir 6000, University of Bergen) video transect are also included, as is the raw data resulting from a multibeam survey of the site. The collection relates to a paper published on the oceanographic setting of a sponge ground on the seamount summit. This research has been performed in the scope of the SponGES project, which received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 679849. The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) is not responsible for any use that may be made of the information contained.
