Досліджуються основні напрями ведення пропагандистського супроводження радянських військ, форми морально-психологічного впливу та їх практичне застосування напередодні та в ході бойових дій Червоної Армії в Північній Норвегії в період Другої світової війни. Визначаються мета та роль союзників СРСР по Антигітлерівській коаліції у формуванні позитивного ставлення норвезького населення до радянських військ. (We study the basic directions of conducting propaganda that accompanied the Soviet forces, forms the moral and psychological effects and their practical application the day before, in the course of fighting the Red Army in northern Norway during the Second World War. Determined by the purpose and role of the USSR's allies in the anti-Hitler coalition forming a positive attitude of the Norwegian population to the Soviet troops.)
