| Summary: | National audience In Inuktitut, nuna refers to the territory, while nunami means "to be in the land". The nunami 2022-2023 scientific project will be presented in its different territorial components addressed this year: (i) the continuity of the meaning of the Nunavik territory according to the nunavimmiut youth through two participatory workshops at the Nuvviti School in Ivujivik (video workshop and writing workshop) (ii) a focus on the rivers - kuu and kuunga- that innervate the territory in the eyes and practices of the community of Umiujaq - in connection with the question of the contamination of the Umiujaq River and the food they provide; (iii) a focus on the food provided or no longer provided by the territory of nourishment, country food, in the community of Umiujaq. En inuktitut, nuna désigne le territoire, tandis que nunami signifie « être dans le territoire », « en territoire ». Le projet scientifique nunami 2022-2023 sera présenté dans ses différentes composantes territoriales abordées cette année : (i) la continuité de la signification du territoire du Nunavik selon la jeunesse nunavimmiut grâce à deux ateliers participatifs à l’Ecole Nuvviti d’Ivujivik (atelier vidéo et atelier d’écriture) (ii) un focus sur les rivières – kuu et kuunga- qui innervent le territoire dans le regard et la pratique de la communauté d’Umiujaq – en lien avec la question de la contamination de la rivière d’Umiujaq et de la nourriture qu’elles procurent- (iii) un focus sur l’alimentation que procure ou ne procure plus le territoire nourricier, la countryfood, dans la communauté d’Umiujaq également.
