He talks about his work in forecasting for pilots, returning to Aberdeen Proving Ground after his military service, becoming involved with high altitude water vapor studies, and various research locales. Pybus explains joining the research faculty at Oklahoma State University in 1969 to work with Herb Jones, listening to sferics and trying to predict storms, and studying the electrical properties of fog. He also comments on his family, his plumbing and electrical business, and settling down in Stillwater. The O-STATE Stories Oral History collection is comprised of interviews which chronicle the rich history, heritage, and traditions of Oklahoma State University.
