MeĊutim, sami radni odnosi su regulirani Zakonom o radu i brojnim drugim pravnim aktima koji proizlaze iz tog Zakona. S obzirom na promjene u društvu i promjene u proizvodnim procesima, nuţne su i promjene zakona koji reguliraju odnose u radu. Uzimajući u obzir inertnost ljudi, jasno je da postoje brojne prituţbe na bilo koji oblik novine pa tako i na nove zakone. Prituţbe su još jasnije ako se uzme u obzir da se mjenjani zakon odnosi na nešto što omogućava svakodnevnu egzistenciju. Stoga se u radu ţeli ukazati da brojne prituţbe na novi Zakon o radu su u biti neutemeljene, posebno u segmentu koji se tiće otkaza ugovora o radu. The Croatian Constitution guarantees everyone the right to work and freedom to work. However, the very labor relations are regulated by the Labor Law and a number of other legal acts arising from this Act. Due to changes in society and changes in production processes, there are necessary changes in laws regulating relations in the work. Having regard to the inertia of people, it is clear that there are numerous complaints about any form of news including the new laws. Complaints are even clearer if we take into consideration that this exchanges of law refers to something that allows everyday existence. The paper wants to point out that numerous complaints on the new Labor Law are essentially unfounded, especially in the segment regards the termination of employment.
