Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati gospodarstvo Italije i pojasniti najznačajnije grane talijanskog gospodarstva, a to će biti prikazano sa prikupljenim informacijama iz korištene literature. Važno je napomenuti kako i svi elementi Italije utječu na samo gospodarstvo svake države tako i Italije. Zato će biti prikazane općenite činjenice o Italiji i kako njezin geografski položaj utječe na njezino gospodarstvo. Osim toga i stanovništvo naveliko utječe na gospodarstvo jer neki običaji u Italiji su utjecali na razvoj određenih gospodarskih grana. Kako je i stanovništvo utjecalo, tako je i sama politika utjecala na razvoj od početka rimskog carstva do danas, te i sami događaji kroz povijest Europe i svijeta su utjecali na razvoj i usmjerenje talijanskog gospodarstva. Svi ti faktori su utjecali na to kako će izgledati talijansko gospodarstvo izgledati danas. Zbog tih svih faktora industrija je jedna od najjačih grana talijanskog gospodarstva. Pored industrije su jako važni turizam i jako je važna poljoprivreda, a na njih je najviše utjecao geografski položaj Italije. Pored tih grana jako su važni rudarstvo i energetika u talijanskom gospodarstvu. The aim of this final paper is to present the economy of Italy and clarify the most important branches of the Italian economy. These facts will be shown with the collected information from the used literature. It is important to note that all elements of Italy affect the very economy of each country and Italy as well. Therefore, general facts about Italy and how its geographical location affects its economy will be presented. In addition, the population greatly affects the economy, because some customs in Italy have influenced the development of certain economic branches. Just as the population had an influence, so did politics itself influence the development from the beginning of the Roman Empire until today, and the events throughout the history of Europe and the world influenced the development and direction of the Italian economy.
