U ovom se radu opisuju hrvatski i svjetski blogovi, njihova struktura i tradicionalni recepti koje autori prenose. Najprije se iznosi profil blogera, njihova biografija, počeci pisanja bloga, način na koji pišu i poruka koju šalju čitateljima. Analizom se nastoji utvrditi razlikuju li se njihovi blogovi u pogledu sadržaja, jezika i stila, a promatraju se i razlike između hrvatskih i svjetskih blogera, osobito u angažmanu na društvenim mrežama. U središnjem se dijelu rada uspoređuje sadržaj svjetskih i hrvatskih food blogova, način na koji spajaju turizam i gastronomiju, postupak pripreme jela i fotografije objavljenih recepata. Budući da food blogeri nerijetko surađuju s brendovima prehrambenih proizvoda i tako ostvaruju prihod, i taj se segment razmatra u radu. Naposljetku se promatraju opisi jela i načini na koje blogeri nastoje potaknuti čitatelje da ih i sami pripreme. Food bloggers, whether international or Croatian, bring various recipes from world cuisines. This paper describes Croatian and world blogs, their structure and traditional recipes that the authors transmit. First, the profile of the blogger, their biography, the beginnings of writing a blog, the way they write, and the way the message they send to readers is presented. The analysis aims to determine whether their blogs differ in terms of content, language, and style, and differences between Croatian and international bloggers are also observed, especially in engagement on social networks. The central part of the work compares the content of world and Croatian food blogs, the way they combine tourism and gastronomy, the process of preparing meals, and photos of published recipes. Since food bloggers often collaborate with food product brands and thus generate income, that segment is also considered in the paper. Finally, the descriptions of dishes and how bloggers try to encourage readers to prepare them themselves are observed.
