U ovom diplomskom radu prikazani su organizacija servisa, razvoj tehnološke podrške i sami postupci odrađivanja korektivnih popravaka na primjeru motocikla YAMAHA YZ450F. U radu je opisana organizacija servisnih radionica, te sama radionica gdje su se radnje održavale. Nadalje je opisana povijest i razvoj motocikala, te su navedene tehničke karakteristike objekta održavanja, u ovom slučaju je to gore navedeni model motocikla. Kroz četvrtu i petu cjelinu su opisani postupci održavanja vozila, općenito, te je opisana informatička podrška kroz OBD (ugrađena dijagnostika) cjeline, te se još i spominju servisna povijest vozila i nove e-knjižice. U šestoj cjelini je opisan postupak dijagnostike kvara i korektivne radnje, te je oblikovana tehnologija i potrebiti dijelovi. U sedmoj cjelini su kratko opisan MS Project program te je prikazano oblikovanje tehnologije korektivnih radnji u programu MS Project. In this thesis, the service organization, the development of technological support and the procedures for performing corrective repairs are presented on the example of the YAMAHA YZ450F motorcycle. The work describes the organization of service workshops, as well as the workshop itself, where the activities took place. Furthermore, the history and development of the motorcycle is described, and the technical characteristics of the maintenance facility are listed, in this case it is the motorcycle model mentioned above. Through the fourth and fifth units, vehicle maintenance procedures are described, in general, and information technology support through the OBD (built-in diagnostics) unit is described, and the vehicle's service history and new e-booklets are also mentioned. In the sixth unit, the procedure of fault diagnosis and corrective actions is described, and the technology and necessary parts are designed. In the seventh unit, the MS Project program is briefly described and the design of the technology of corrective actions in the MS Project program is shown.
