U završnom radu će se obraditi volonterstvo u Republici Hrvatskoj gdje će se u uvodnom djelu definirati pojam volonterstva kao i njegova načela. Nadalje, navesti će se povijesni razvoj volonterstva u Republici Hrvatskoj kao i ukratko o financiranju volonterstva. Nadalje, navesti će se tijela koja su zadužena za provedbu volontiranja. Definirat će se svrha Etičkog kodeksa kao i ciljevi istog. Nadalje, obradit će se dio koji se odnosi na prava i obveze volontera kao i Ugovor o volontiranju te Potvrda o volontiranju te Potvrda o stečenim kompetencijama. Zatim, obrađuje se problematika volonterstva u Republici Hrvatskoj gdje će se na temelju provedenih istraživanja istaknuti najvažniji problemi. Pred sami kraj obradit će se primjeri dobre prakse iz kojeg će se vidjeti stanje volonterstva kao i utjecaj na cjelokupno društvo. The final paper will deal with volunteering in the Republic of Croatia, where the introductory part will define the concept of volunteering and its principles. Furthermore, the historical development of volunteering in the Republic of Croatia will be stated, as well as briefly on the financing of volunteering. Furthermore, the bodies in charge of implementing volunteering will be listed. The purpose of the Code of Ethics as well as its goals will be defined. Furthermore, the part related to the rights and obligations of volunteers as well as the Agreement on Volunteering and the Certificate of Volunteering and the Certificate of Acquired Competencies will be processed. Then, the issue of volunteering in the Republic of Croatia is discussed, where the most important problems will be highlighted on the basis of the conducted research. Towards the end, examples of good practice will be discussed, which will show the state of volunteering as well as the impact on society as a whole.
