U zavr5nom radu analizira se tema upravnog spora u Europskoj uniji. Na samom podetku rada navodi se vainost zakonitog rada tijela i institucija Europske unije te sudskog nadzora uprave. Nakon toga, glavni dio je usmjeren k upravnom sporu, gdje se temeljito obja5njava sami pojam i obiljeZja upravnog spora te njegova podjela. Obraduje se i Sud Europske unije kao nadleZno tijelo za vodenje upravnih sporova. Zatim se istide predmet upravnog spora kao i razlozi za vodenje upravnog spora. I na samom kraju obja5njava se postupak poduzimanja radnji u sporu, rokovi za podnoSenje te vodenje postupka pred sudom. The final paper deals with the topic of administrative disputes in the European Union. At the very beginning, the importance of the legal work of the bodies and institutions of the European Union and the judicial supervision of the administration is emphasized. After that, the main part is focused on the administrative dispute, where the very concept and characteristics of the administrative dispute and its division are thoroughly explained. The Court of Justice of the European Union is also treated as the competent body for conducting administrative disputes. Then the subject of the administrative dispute is highlighted, as well as the reasons for conducting the administrative dispute. At the very end, the procedure for taking action in a dispute, deadlines for submission and conducting proceedings before a court are explained.
