U okviru rada su opisani postupci zavarivanja nodularnog lijeva s i bez predgrijavanja, skupa s naputcima za pripremu spoja i tehnikama zavarivanja. U radu je detaljno opisan postupak kvalifikacije postupka zavarivanja za navarivanje metala. Također su navedena i potrebna ispitivanja za dokazivanje kvalitete zavara. U eksperimentalnom dijelu završnog rada je prikazan postupak kvalificiranja postupka navarivanja za nodularni lijev EN-GJS-400-18LT u skladu s normom HRN EN ISO 15614-7. detaljno su opisani korišteni dodatni materijali i parametri zavarivanja. Provedena su sva ispitivanja koja norma propisuje uz popratne slike iz laboratorija. The topic of this paper is „ductile iron welding.“ Before describing the problematics of welding ductile iron itself, it is important to know something about material itself, its structure, properties and its chemical composition. The paper describes the welding procedures for welding ductile iron with and without preheating, as well as instructions for joint preparation and welding techniques. The process of welding procedure qualification for overlay welding is described in detail. In the experimental part of this paper the procedure of qualification of the welding process for ductile iron EN-GJS-400-18LT in accordance with the standard HRN EN ISO 15614-7 is presented. The filler materials used, and welding parameters are described in detail. All tests required by the standard were performed and captured with pictures presented in this paper.
