This work is based on the idea of improving smart parking system with notification system. The first part of the of the paper is dealing with the smart parking system review and showing its funcitonalities through examples. In the seconda part of the paper are explained technlogies such as NodeJS, JavaScript, MySQL and Pug. The last part of the paper refers to the notificaition system development process with the exmples for specific functionalities and its testing.
