Cilj ovog rada je izrada chatbot-a na platformi Microsoft Azure koristeći dodatna programska sučelja kao što je Microsoft Graph. Chatbot je računalni program koji služi za komunikaciju s korisnikom ili nekim drugim chatbot-om pri čemu koristi umjetnu inteligenciju. Chatbot se služi prirodnim jezikom putem aplikacija za razmjenu poruka, web stranica, mobilnih aplikacija ili telefona. U radu je opisan povijesni razvoj chatbot-ova, te su objašnjeni postupci njegove izrade. U ovom radu je napravljen program, MeetingChatbot, koji služi za dogovaranje online sastanaka unutar neke kompanije. Pomoću njega na jednostavan način možete dogovoriti sastanak u vremenu kada svim sudionicima to odgovara, jer vrijeme ne tražite vi sami, nego chatbot to odrađuje za vas. The main goal of this assignment is to create a chatbot on the Microsoft Azure platform using additional programming interfaces such as Microsoft Graph. A chatbot is a computer program used to communicate with a user or other chatbot using artificial intelligence. Chatbot uses human language through messaging apps, websites, mobile apps or phones. This paper describes the historical development of chatbots and explains the procedures for its creation. In this paper, a program MeetingChatbot was created, which is used to arrange online meetings for employees within a company. Using it, you can easily arrange a meeting at a time when it suits all participants due to the fact that chatbot has access to every employee's meeting schedule.
