This report contains the analysis of the high and low speed video footage that was shot on location in Tuktoyaktuk Harbour, final filtered load graphics and the correlation of the video data with the final load graphs. The dispersal patterns and velocities of the cracks are analysed for each of the tests, returning qualitative pictorial outlines and quantitative values. The Report also draws conclusions and presents recommendations with respect to future testing that may be undertaken for the International Northern Sea Route Programme. NRC publication: Yes
