Description
Summary:This report records the results of field studies of some of the components conducted by the author at the Division's Northern Research Station at Norman Wells, N.W.T. during the summer of 1959 and 1960. Difficulties were encountered in instrumentation and some of the results are inconclusive. Nevertheless, the Division hopes that the information obtained will contribute to a better understanding of some aspects of the energy exchange regime in permafrost regions.
